The apartment has central A/C (it doesn't get too hot in the apartment at all during the summer!), a nice patio, dining area and big kitchen, including a dish-washer. Living here as as easy and fuzz-free as it can get.

The apartment is located about 1.3 miles from campus in the Hanover Place Apartments (1750 Hanover Drive). This is one of the nicest apartment complexes in Davis, only 40 units, well maintained, very quiet and trouble-free! Two bus stops (F, G, and J line) are just outside that take you directly to campus. There is also a shopping center across the street with Savemart and lots of good food. So no need to have a car! The complex has swimming pool, heated spa, and lots of parking. The office and maintenance staff are very nice and most things get fixed within a day. Very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Sublet is from June 10st – August 31st (option to move-in earlier exists). Also, option to renew the lease for the 2008/2009 school year exists as well. All three of my roommates are graduating and moving out of our 4 BR 2 Bath apartment after schools out. I am subleasing my 10'X12' downstairs room (it is much cooler downstairs in the summer time) from the time school is out until our lease ends on the last day of August. I believe that most leases start at the beginning of September so this would be a great option for someone who is transferring from the dorms or from another apartment. Our apartment has newer appliances and it has a washer and dryer in the unit. Having looked at several other Davis apartments, I can say that Saratoga West is one of the nicer apartment complexes in Davis. It has a huge spa and a pool that is really nice in the Davis summer heat. It also has a pretty big workout room with great equipment. The other three rooms will also be available if you have friends that would also like to sublet. One is 10'X12' (600) and the other two are significantly larger and can be sublet for 650 each. You will have to pay for utilities. My roommates are not too motivated to sublet their rooms and might leave them empty ( but locked) for the summer if no one responds so you could potentially have the whole place to yourself. It would be nice if we could get a group to rent out all of the rooms if possible but I�m cool as long as I rent out my room. I can leave the couches and 36" in the leaving room for the summer as well as all the pots and pans if you like. Thanks. Ryan

Spacious apartment located about 10 minutes from campus. The rooms have new carpet and new duel pain windows.
The kitchen was just updated with a new oven, microwave, dishwasher, and sink.
Both the living and the bedroom have large windows that allow plenty of cool summer night air in! (rarely ran A/C last summer)
This place is very very quiet in the summer..most people leave.
A/C runs great! The complex has a small gym and a laundry room, which only costs 75 cents a load.
It also has a clean pool and hot tub plus a nice BBQ area.
It is available for rent June 1st � Aug 31st (negotiable).
