Application Support Specialist-Full Time Position (Marysville, CA )
Leader in data service and information technology is seeking an Application Support Specialist.
In this outstanding opportunity, the right candidate will play an important role in a fast growing, fast paced company by providing knowledgeable, customer-friendly and proactive application support. Working with application like HEAT and Remedy and being an active participant in the development, implementation, and growth for the Next Generation application.
Requirements:
• 5 years of successful customer service experience.
• Experience in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Experience using software tools to effectively manage, track, and communicate customer service deliverables and status.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Meticulous follow-through skills and attention to detail.
*Support of Avaya or Nortel phone systems is helpful.
