As our Mobile Customer Service Technician, you will influence the experience of new and existing clients by ensuring detailed requests for supplies and repairs are carried through to fruition in a timely and efficient manner. Primary responsibilities include delivery of product to client’s location, servicing office equipment, and promoting OfficeDesk. This position requires a high energy individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment, and a high degree of attention to detail. Experience in office machine repair is preferred; an understanding of excellent customer service is required.

Requirerments:
· Clean CA DMV driving record
· Have a fun, upbeat personality
· Enjoy working with people, but work very well independently with little to no supervision

· When someone asks if you multi-task and are known for follow-through, you respond with ‘Of course, is there any other way!’
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
