Employee will conduct initial information-gathering, performs hands-on basic and detailed troubleshooting, programs, tests, and performs minor repairs for wireless communications devices (cellular phones). Issues, and if necessary, exchanges handset and processes all warranty claims. Instruct and educate customers on proper use of cellular phones features operation of their device. Utilizes various client systems to validate, correct and record the required service. Enters and tracks customer data using Client tracking systems.

General Duties and Responsibilities
• Instruct and educate customers on proper use of cellular phones features operation of their device
• Utilizes various client systems to validate, correct and record the required service
• Enters and tracks customer data using client tracking systems
• Experience in providing customer support for wireless handset issues directly with consumers or in a wireless carrier call center
• Wireless handset training experience in a retail and/or call center environment preferred
• Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Outstanding customer relationship skills
• Technical aptitude with retail electronics experience preferred.
• Ability to use positive interpersonal skills to handle customer problems.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of computers using Windows, cellular manufacturer certification preferred.
• Ability to work retail hours required.
Education/Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of experience in related fields
