We are an Internet provider in the Placerville area providing Dialup, DSL, Web hosting and other Internet related services to the California area. Our expanding services now require more help for our busy help desk. This will consist of answering tech related questions by phone or e-mail. Candidates should have knowledge of all operating systems in Windows and Macintosh, basic Internet troubleshooting, knowledge in setup and troubleshooting of POP e-mail, and basic web hosting and FTP knowledge.
