DirectApps is currently looking for an experienced Trainer to start up our Training Department at DirectApps, as well as deliver the Training in various formats: written, verbal, and training by example.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Trainer is responsible for starting our Training Department from ground up. This will include developing all materials used in getting employees up to speed quickly. This person will develop Training programs for new hires, existing staff, as well as Manager focused training as requested. This individual will travel between our offices and work 1:1 or in teams to deliver and monitor training effectiveness. The ideal candidate will also work along side our Account Executives and recruiters, training by example as a form of teaching. This position can be based out of any of our offices and will require approximately 50% travel.
Role Requirements:
·Minimum of 2 years experience in training in a Staffing environment
·Minimum of 2 years experience as either a Recruiter or Account Executive within the IT staffing sector or technology sales
·A Bachelors Degree preferred
·Experience producing Training Material
·Experience delivering Training to groups
·Effective oral and written communication skills
·Ability to interact with all levels of management
·Working knowledge of MS Office products
·Facilitation skills
·Strong business acumen
