Large computer service and repair company is looking for 2-4+ year experienced PC repair technician to provide both in-house and on-site computer service, repair and support. Canidate should have the following skills: Excellent Customer Service Skills, Telephone Support, Helpdesk Support, On-Site Support. Advanced knowledge of PC operating systems: Windows XP and Windows Vista (all versions). Advanced PC hardware experience. Expert ability to find troubleshooting information via the web.
