We are seeking bright, customer friendly IT technicians that are skilled in the following areas:
• Operating systems software
o Windows XP
o Windows Server 2000/2003 and Terminal Server
o Citrix MetaFrame
o Microsoft Office Suite
o (Linux and Blackberry Enterprise Server experience is a plus)
• Networking
o TCP/IP
o LAN cabling
o Switching
o Connectivity
o DSL/Cable wired and wireless setup
• Customer/Technical Support
o Windows 2003 Active Directory forest
o Troubleshooting Terminal Server/Citrix MetaFrame client/servers and performing Exchange Server email management
o Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows and Linux workstations and servers
o (Experience with Neoware thin clients, Blackberry Handhelds and network scanners/fax’s and Local Area Network Hardware
The ideal candidate will have certifications or equivalent knowledge in the following areas:
o Citrix CCA for presentation server 4
o Microsoft MCSE/MCSA for Win2003/Exchange2003
o VM Ware – VCP/VCDX for V13
o Linux – RHCT/RHCE, LPIC or equivalent
o Asterisk/telephony experience
o CCNA or equivalent
