Brasher's Sacramento Auto Auction is a full service, wholesale auto auction in Rio Linda, CA. We're celebrating nearly 30 years of business success and are known within the auction industry as a leader. Brasher's offers an exciting, fast paced work environment and a team oriented environment.
We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Help Desk Technician to report to our I.T. Manager. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, training, and providing support on all company supported hardware, software, and peripherals; performing software installation, configuration and upgrades of windows-based workstations and laptops; ensuring all systems within the auction are properly maintained.
This position requires 5 years experience working with WAN/LAN/WLAN and Microsoft OS, good troubleshooting skills, and a sense of urgency in getting projects completed. The ability to communicate complex technical computer issues to the non-technical user is a must. Linux experience is a plus.
Work hours are Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesdays 7am-4pm. May occasionally work additional days/hours based on business needs.
