Responsibilities: Primary responsibility is the solution of problems escalated from the first level support and the tracking of problems until a solution is identified and implemented, to the customer's satisfaction. Problems could include hardware issues, software issues, fault isolation on PCs, and LAN equipment, printers, communications devices and other peripherals. Consult with other levels of technical support as needed. Work with project team for new application deployments, and equipment installations. Maintain physical inventory of hardware and software. Coordinate equipment moves, adds and changes. Monitor trouble tickets and prioritize problems based on business impact. Follow and maintain corporate and department standards and polices.

Requirements: Associates degree, CNE, MCSE, or equivalent experience. Strong PC hardware and software background with working knowledge of data transmission methods and protocols. LAN networking experience is a plus. Experience supporting Windows NT, 2k and XP operations systems and applications. Must be able to work independently and have strong interpersonal skills. Some travel required. Must be able to lift and move equipment. Ability to work flexible hours.
