Intellitec Incorporated/GNS is a small, but successful networking equipment, test equipment broker and asset recovery company. We are seeking responsible, hard-working individuals to help expand our sales department in the Sacramento area. If you are a motivated go-getter, familiar with Cisco, Foundry, Extreme, Juniper and have basic computer knowledge, then you already possess some of the most important skills that enable you to become successful within this field. You have the potential of earning over $70k within the first year of hire! Developing relationships with your clients and helping them find the product they need is what this job is all about.
Job Requirements
• Excellent oral & written communication skills; the ability to adjust communication to the situation & effectively present ideas to individuals; ability to articulate an idea in a clear, persuasive and organized manner
• Possess and exhibit the following traits: dedication, tenacity, perseverance, determination, self-motivation, high energy, ethics and professionalism; ability to work independently
• Consultative/strategic sales skills including the ability to identify and make contact with decision maker; build relationships, probe, listen, overcome objections, solve problems, close deals and follow up with customers
• familiarity with Cisco, Foundry, Extreme, Juniper.
• basic knowledge of telecom/networking industry

Job Description:
• MEET ESTABLISHED SALES AND LEASE GOALS AS DEFINED IN AN INDIVIDUAL COMMISSION PLAN, by making outbound calls to pre defined accounts and identified leads within a geographic territory
• Plan and organize sales calls to identify current and future customer requirements; complete all scheduled call backs daily
• Provide product, service, technical and engineering information to potential customers
• Follow up with customer during and after delivery
• Market Intellitec/GNS & our products by presenting a positive, enthusiastic and professional image of the department
• Work with his/her manager to structure appropriate package, as well as price, quote, close and ship the order
• Research business opportunities, competitors, and trends in territory or vertical market to secure accurate up-to-date customer information; use system to look up order history for a particular client to analyze the client's utilization and buying patterns
• Prepare reports of business transactions; forecasting sales activity.

Compensation: $70k Plus Possible within 1st Year!!
