Qualifications

The qualified applicant will have good mechanical abilities, previous experience training and licensing with HVAC systems. Additiional exoerience with computer (PC Windows, Linux) repair and or support would be very helpful and a definite plus in qualifying for this position. Previous experience in the hard drive industry, or working on testing devices would help your candidacy for this position butis not required

An understanding of electronic circuitry, system wiring, electrical distribution, mechanical repair, use of common hand tools and test measurement devices such as digital volt meter, Current tester, fluid delivery systems are needed and required. Electronic troubleshooting is a critical need as well as basic understanding of switched power supplies.

The contractor shall provide an engineering resource capable of providing assistance to project managers to complete the design and construction of 7-10 distribution substations and multiple transmission substation improvement projects. Projects could include transmission line relay upgrades, 230 kV breaker replacements, 230kV capacitor banks, 69kV capacitor banks, transformer and bus relaying replacements, install of new 230/115kV transformer bank and associated breakers, bus work, etc.

Required Skills: Demonstrated experience in the design and construction of high voltage substations. Demonstrated experience with compiling specifications for substation equipment, creating substation design packages and bills of materials, and compiling design packages for construction of high voltage substations. Demonstrated ability to complete design packages and to assist project managers in the construction of substations is required.

Candidates must have Ten (10) years electrical power industry experience with demonstrated utility background and experience. Demonstrated specific skills should include structural design and layout of high voltage substations, plan and profile drawings, one line, three line, elementary, schematic, and wiring drawing creation and revision for high voltage substations. Candidates must have demonstrated Seven (7) years design experience for the design and construction of high voltage substations. Demonstrated experience in the specification of high voltage equipment, and construction specifications for high voltage substations. -Delivery of vehicles to service area upon customer pickup
Service Truck Driver duties:
-Jumpstarts
-Tire Changes
-Fuel Delivery
-Lockouts

Qualifications:
Experience is preferred
Familiar with automotive industry
Basic understanding of vehicle engines
Language/reading skills must include ability to read and interpret documents
Must be able to drive vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions
Must be capable of reading and deciphering maps
Must be 18 years or older with a clean DMV record
Must clear pre-employment drug screen
High school diploma or equivalent
Must possess ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or climb and lift up to 70 pounds.

To be considered for this position the applicant must have 2-3 years direct computer experience and strong computer knowledge.
