This timeshare has 9-home resorts. 5 resorts are in Southern California, by L.A., San Diego, and Palm Springs. 1 resort is located in Lake Tahoe, another one is located in Las Vegas, another in Utah by the National Parks, and the newest one is in Baja California, Mexico. The timeshare consists of 111 points (every 2 years)which can be a whole week, depending on the resort and you can book from one jr. villa to a two bedroom villa (which sleeps up to 8 people), the one bedroom and two bedroom villas come with full kitchens and living rooms (except for two resorts). The points may be used in any combination for any sized villa at any resort, you can use the whole week at one time or you can use each day sparingly. You have an option of upgrading to 1 week every year but you would have to contact the GMR's sales dept. I bought this time share for $7500.00 and the market value is the same price.
