The CRM Jr. Administrator/Help Desk Support Assistant administers the company�s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications as well as provides Help Desk response for all computer, phone, fax, printer and copier equipment related issues experienced by all end users. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to:

CRM:
- Maintain the CRM (Salesforce.com, Crystal Reports, etc.) systems support and functionality
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of reporting features for all departments
- Monitor end-users usage of systems and perform daily administrative tasks
Help Desk:
- Identify, research, and resolve all technical issues
- Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
- Document, track and monitor all problems to ensure timely resolutions
Internet & Intranet:
- Provide day-to-day maintenance of both the company Internet and Intranet sites
- Make certain all Web applications function properly (no broken links, etc.).
- Perform various administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance or a related field
- Excel 2000 Expert certification or higher
- Strong working knowledge of PC architecture
- Proficient in Windows OS; 2000/XP/Server 2003 certification a plus
- Skilled in Crystal Reports, Salesforce.com, Adobe Dreamweaver, HTML, JavaScript, SharePoint, SQL Server and ColdFusion highly preferred
- Experience with commercial phone systems recommended (key, PBX, and KSU-less)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and attire
- Precise attention to detail
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (or longer!)
