Collaborate with experienced instructors and subject matter experts in the electrical industry to develop content for classroom and synchronous distance learning course materials for the training of electricians.
Must be experienced in: formulating behavioral learning objectives, recommending appropriate methods and media for course materials, developing and editing instructor and student resources including PPT presentations.
Experience developing tests and conducting training evaluations is a plus. Bachelor’s Degree and 1-5 years experience in ISD preferred, but will consider new grads with degree in Instructional Design.
Excellent instructional design, writing, editing, and project management skills required. Experience with illustration applications including Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Visio, preferred. Some knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Flash a plus but not required.
You must be able to coordinate activities with staff harmoniously at all levels of the organization, meet deadlines and manage projects effectively.
