* Assembly of two 4-page (2400-word) newsletters each month from pre-existing content; managing the production of same<br>

* Managing the production of two 8-page (5000-word) newsletters each month and writing two short (approximately 300 words each) accompanying bulletins<br>
<br>
* Managing the scheduling and production of 5 Special Reports, 1 Spotlight Report, and 2 Employer Guides throughout the year<br>
<br>
* Selecting and submitting stories for appropriate editorial awards--once annually<br>
<br>
* Maintaining current lists of editorial board members and coordinating holiday gifts--once annually<br>

* Updating 5 “required notices” charts--once annually<br>

Requirements:<br>

* Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment <br>

* Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills, including skill in editing and proofreading<br>

- Develop understanding of company and process in order to create responses that accurately represent capabilities  <br>
