Primary duties will be Auditing, Preparing Tax Return for Multi-States, A/R posting, A/P posting, invoicing, general accounting, back up and general office duties.
Performs other functions as assigned. Maintains current working knowledge of accounting procedures and methods.
Organized, Detail Oriented, Strong Communication Skills, Positive Attitude
AA Degree minimum
2+ years of related experience
Familiar with a variety of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures
A wide degree of creativity and latitude
Experience in Distribution or Reseller with an emphasis on technology products is a plus
Computer literate with Microsoft Word, Outlook
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
Business Works Knowledge required
