We are seeking to hire an Office Admin and Receptionist to assist us in daily office routine.

Responsibilities:
• Answer telephone calls and appointments scheduling

• Prepare spreadsheets and reports
• Maintain and organize schedules and calendars
• Prepare administrative documents
• Proofread documents and correspondence.
