We’re seeking a highly organized, dependable, and technology-driven person who likes numbers and data entry.
Responsibilities
* Accounting data entry
* Assist with QuickBooks Online
* Enter daily charges and receipts
* Assist with account reconciliations
* Google Workspace management
* Answer phones & provide exceptional customer service
* Draft letters and professional correspondence
* Organize digital & physical files
* Track cards, insurance, permits & company deadlines
* Assist with onboarding, hiring & employee files
* Manage Department Reminders & calendars
Assist with dispatch and answering phones.
* Run business errands as needed
Marketing & Branding
* Manage social media accounts
* Create flyers, ads & recruiting materials
* Design business cards, stationery & company documents
* Assist with website updates
* Create marketing content using Canva & ChatGPT
* Help maintain create and expand company branding
Minimum Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED
* 45+ WPM typing speed
* Google Workspace & drive /Calander proficiency
* Microsoft Office proficiency
* Excellent customer service & phone etiquette
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Reliable transportation
* Valid driver’s license
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Dependable attendance
Preferred Qualifications
* Accounting experience with-
* QuickBooks Online experience is prefferred**
* Administrative or office experience
* Marketing, branding & social media experience
* Canva & ChatGPT experience
* Website editing experience
* Trucking, logistics, transportation, fleet maintenance, repair shop, construction, agricultural or landscape materials experience
* Any Billing or Dispatch or receptionist experience in related field.
