We have been building a very dynamic and fun team of great people. We have an immediate opening for our Office Coordinator position which handles some financial aspects using QuickBooks, and provide administration support for the owner and sales team.
-low volume of account payables and receivables
-Inventory control, purchase orders/materials, receiving material
-Payroll through payroll service
-Manage hotel stays, airplane tickets, travel in general
-Helping out in the sales process as needed
-Must Have experience with Quickbooks
-Must have a general grasp of accounting
-Must have a clean driving record. Some occasional driving may be required.
-Salesforce experience a plus+
-Professional attitude and great phone presence
-Plays well with others
