I need to start walking daily, or at least 4 times a week, for my health, and I'm such a work-from-home recluse that I often have trouble just leaving the house. When I do walk, I like to go for 30 or 40 minutes, in a nice setting, like the Del Rio Trail, Curtis Park, or the path along the river at Sutter's Landing. I'm 58, male.
