Our unique lofts, studios, one, and two- bedroom apartments provide a great selection of desirable options to fit your needs. Our resort-style community is in a convenient area of the city- being near the I-80, Sunrise Mall, shopping, restaurants, and schools.

When applying you will be required to pay a $50 (per person) Application Fee and a $150 Holding Fee and this is Non-refundable. This holding fee is Non-Refundable if you cancel your application due to the screening outcome or for any reason No Exceptions! For instance, if your application comes back approved with conditions requiring a higher deposit or cosigner and cannot comply with these requirements. Or if your screening comes back denied.

If your screening comes back approved and rental history and employment history are good, you would be required to pay a regular deposit. If the screening comes back approved with conditions - this can either require a higher deposit or it may require a cosigner. We will advise you of which condition after screening is complete.

The holding fee will go towards your move-in cost if your application is approved. When applying you must upload your most recent 30 days paystubs. We also require your ID or Driver's License. We cannot process your application if we do not have all the items required and your application will be canceled-NO EXCEPTIONS. Income requirements are 3 times the rent. We will do a credit check, background check, employment verification and rental verification.
