Room for rent in a large beautiful house in a very desired location in Placerville, 2 mins from Maim st and Hwy 50. Room includes utilities, and shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and pool. Myself and my 22 year old daughter, 2 small dogs, and a cat live here. There is another renter downstairs in an apartment that occasionally uses kitchen. We are all quiet, clean and do not party. We do not drink or do drugs of any kind and prefer the same please.
