Very spacious spot on a beautiful 5 acre property off Luneman Rd. in Lotus area. It is a shared 5 acre parcel with two occupied houses. Rent is $875 per month and included in that price is water, sewer, and trash. There is a metered electric 50 amp service to the spot, as well as water and sewer hookups. You will have to pay us an additional metered electric price for your electric usage. Propane hookup can also be available at additional cost, call for details. There is also a sizeable chicken coop that you could use if you want to have chickens (see photo of red chicken coop). Dogs are OK, but you would need to put up a fence/ kennel for them. The pictures that are posted on this listing are of the views of the surrounding area around where the RV spot is. You will be on a month leases agreement. You will need to pass a background check. The first month's rent is due upon moving in with a $500 refundable security deposit due upon signing the lease.
