Community Parking Lot Sale open to all. Come sell your goods or just come to shop.
Where: 4911 47th Ave, 95824
When: October 4th, 2025
Start time: 5:00 AM (Personnel will assign each spot, look for the personnel wearing yellow vests)
Closing: 4:00 PM (Parking must be complete empty at 4PM, plan accordingly)
What to sell: Bring your various items (NO alcohol, NO drugs, NO drug paraphernalia, and NO weapons)
Size of space: Each space is a car parking spot (these are large spots) (you can purchase more than one)
Price: $15.00 each space
