This antique, patinaed Brass/Steel bed originally was my grandmother's (early 1900s!) and was passed down to my parents, then to me in the 1970s! I remember seeing the bed at Grandma's when we last visited her at her home in Holstein, Iowa, way back in 1957. She lived almost her entire life there in Iowa, but she was born in Germany and immigrated to the United States around 1915 until her passing in 1972.

FYI: I have also included two pictures that show where two small spots are on the bed that need repair; the reason for this low price!

The bed's measurements are as follows: The headboard is 45.5" high by 54.5" wide. The footboard is 34.5"high by 54.5" wide. The bed frame is 54.5" wide by 72.5" long. "This IS a Pretty Neat Old Bed!"
