• Left Print: Depicts a real, historic three-bedroom Victorian home known as “Hare Creek”, located in San Francisco. This Queen Anne-style home includes a turret, wood shingle siding, ornamental windows, and a landscaped front garden. The house still exists today and represents classic 19th-century residential architecture.
• Right Print: Labeled "San Francisco Victorian, California Street, San Francisco, California". This home features grand bay windows, ornate cornices, decorative columns, and a stately entrance—an excellent example of San Francisco’s post-Gold Rush urban style, circa 1850.
• Medium: Monochrome fine line architectural drawings (appear to be high-quality vintage printed reproductions)
• Artist: Not clearly signed on front; back board includes a handwritten name resembling “Lawson”, possibly the artist or framer.
