I just finished taking it apart. I had to cut a few of the lags as they were seized. Very minimal dry rot. It's ready to be picked up and put back together in your yard! The swing that looks like something you stand on is toast so something else can be clipped up there. Sadly, I do not have to instructions. Asking $300 but feel free to shoot me an offer. I can reinstall it for $700 in your yard. Dimensions are 16 1/2' x 14'. Let me know if you have any other questions
