This is an extremely well constructed trainer with a watt meter incorporated to measure your output in real time. I have all of the stuff that came with it since I am the original owner. This unit is in very good condition and should provide many years of service. It has inline skate wheels at the rear of the frame which facilitate moving the trainer when desired. The trainer is quite heavy and very stable in use. The seat and handlebars are completely adjustable to accomodate the user. You can set it up to match your bicycle fit.
