Needs the front gears to be tuned because it doesn't go into the third and largest sprocket but runs smoothly through the first and second and all of the rear sprockets. So, 14 gears as it is.
The gooseneck also needs to be straightened but that can easily be done with Allen wrenches.
Those are the only two issues, besides those it's in perfect condition and as it is it's a great ride already.
