For sale is a beautiful condition Look 695 in a size Large, in the red, white, and 3k carbon weave finish. The Large equates to approximately a 56 or so. It has a 56.0 effective top tube, 170 head tube, and as shown measures 73.5 cm from center of crank to center of saddle rails. The bike was built as follows:
- Look Zed 2 crankset currently set as a 175 but is reconfigurable to 170 or 172.5 by rotating an inset in each arm. 50-34 compact chainrings installed but crankset also allows larger rings.
- Look C-stem, currently set to 110 mm but can be set up to 120 mm. Angle is also adjustable, currently set at -9 deg but can be rotated to +13 deg. This is one very stiff stem.
- 3T Ergonova carbon bars, 42 cm c-c at the end of the drops and about 40.5 cm at the hoods. ITM cork tape with genuine fully 3k carbon fiber end plugs.
- Look E-Post. Included are alternate elastomers to change ride feel, as well as spacers to adjust height.
- Fizik Vesta saddle, Kium rails. This is the wider version of the Alliante.
- Campagnolo 11 speed Record shifters, brakes, rear derailleur and Super Record front derailleur. Record chain and 12-29 Chorus cassette in nearly new condition.
-Campagnolo Shamal 2-way wheelset currently set up as clincher but can also be configured as tubeless as I understand. These were the top of line aluminum offering with carbon hubs, CULT ceramic bearings, and aluminum spokes. These have more use than the rest of the bike but the braking surfaces are in very good condition as they were rarely used in hills (I’m fairly allergic to them). They are round and true with no dings/dents (just a few scratches), and hubs are smooth. I removed the decals long ago as I prefer a clean look. Tires are Vredestein Senso 700x23c, but there appears to be frame clearance for 28c tires.
-Look Keo Blade pedals, 2nd gen with the 16 nm red carbon retention blade.
-Look carbon bottle cages in matching white, black, and 3k carbon weave.
-Look accessory bag with the miscellaneous proprietary bits as well as owners manuals for the frame, seatpost, and crankset.
I love this bike, but I have far too many and I need to thin the herd to make room for a new bike. I bought this and put it together as a climbing bike but the reality is that the most I climb is levees and overpasses. For the handful of times I took it up into the hills it was a very enjoyable experience, but I need the space. This was a ProTour level bike in its day that is in excellent condition, and I believe I have it priced fairly. Bike is located in the Natomas area of Sacramento, and local pick up only.
A review on it (mine is the more comfortable non-SR version) can be found here along with geometry in the sizing link at the bottom:
