1962 Complete Guide to Gunsmithing by Charles Edward Chapel. Well renowned Gunsmith/firearms expert and as such his original publications are generally highly sought after. It's particular book is the 1962 revised edition and is in excellent condition with the desk jacket which shows a little where at the top of the binding in front corner as well as a very small amount at the very bottom of the binding. Otherwise very colorful little to no shelf wear. The book almost appears to have been unread and all the pages and board during excellent condition with no markings whatsoever other than his signature personally addressed to another gentleman. This is the only one of his books I could find with the signature. Not that I'm an expert. This is a very comprehensive guide on gun care repair as well as complete Gunsmithing and building your own. With attention to all the favorite models and brands such as Springer, mini-14, Colt 1911, etc etc. and goes into great detail on every facet of the skill and trade throughout the course of 477 pages.
