More than 1000 pages and over 1300 photos. Covers important areas of the aquarium hobby, such as breeding, aquarium plants and planting arrangements, and aquarium setup and management.
The fish catalog section contains more than 686 pages and photos of more than 870 species both common and rare.
Index to the fish section is cross-referenced by both scientific and common names.
* The Book of Birds (National Geographic; 1939; Complete Volume I & II; 730pp). Excellent condition for $60 in pristine condition – photo is distorted with greenish shading on pages and missing pixels on cover (etc.). These 10.5 in. by 7 in. volumes have beautiful color drawings. I’ve seen worse copies of just one volume going for $30 & 2 for $90.
