I have a lot of old National Earthquake Hazard Reduction (NEHRP) / FEMA /Applied Technology Council (ATC) documents to donate free to whomever may find them of value. They do have some historical value. These documents represent the evolution of the seismic design provisions that eventually were incorporated into the national model building codes and ASCE-7 standard (See photos). If you don't know what they are then you definitely don't need them.
I'm a retired civil engineer in the process of downsizing and I also have many civil/structural engineering, math and physics books, California Building Codes and various legacy model building safety codes.
