This is a rare ( they don't make them anymore ) 17' Grumman aluminum canoe with a sail kit that includes a base plate for the mast, a cross piece with a hole to support the mast, a mast and boom, a large rudder, a attachment points for the rudder, a cross piece with two lee boards, and two large wood lee boards) it need a sail. It can carry one, two or three adults and their gear. It can also be used without the sail kit.
Marathon boat group ( the manut of Grumman canoes ) quoted me $2200.00 for a 17' canoe and $3739.00 delivered to Sacramento, so new it's worth over $4000.00, I am selling just the canoe for $500.00, with two paddles it's $550.00, and with the sail kit parts it's $750.00, with the sail kit parts and two paddles it's $800.00, save over $3000.00.
