I have a 1968 40ft river queen house boat for sale. Steel haul. V8 gas engine. There is a brand new generator and a really nice electric cooler and lots of other goodies that come with it. There is a working fridge stovetop and oven. Equipped with a compost toilet. It is currently parked on a private dock by Freeport marina with electric hook up and water. The slip fee is transferable at the low cost of 320$ a month. There is a leak in the roof that leaked water inside the cabin and has caused some mold damage. I had lots of fun hanging out and fishing off of this boat. I recently was injured at work and cannot afford to keep the boat. It was purchased in 2022 for 17,500. I am willing to let it go 8,000.
