Turn key ready to go classic 17’ Boston Whaler.
Its almost 50 years old, but in really good shape for its age.
Are there holes in the floor? Yes, but they have all been sealed up.
Are there holes in the console? Yes, but they are not an issue.
It could also use a freshening up of the bottom paint, but it’s not terrible.
I washed and covered it back up, but have not got around to waxing or polishing it this year.
If you’re looking for a restored Montauk, this is not the boat for you, but every time I take it out, people always comment on how nice/cool boat it is.
If you want to hit the water today and all summer long and for years to come, this is the boat for you.
I’ve used it in the Pacific Ocean outside of the gate, and around Bodega as well as inside SF Bay, Sacramento Delta and most of the lakes within 100 miles of Sacramento area. Who knows where the previous owners used it. I’ve caught Kokanee, Trout, Salmon, Halibut, Ling Cod, Rock Fish, Stripers, Catfish, Spotted, Small and Large Mouth Bass, Dungeness and Rock Crab from this boat.
The trailer is in decent condition and tracks perfect.
No free test rides.
