1979 Evinrude 175hp outboard that I've run for over 20yrs. 2 stroke. Well maintained and several components have been changed obviously over the years. Coils, carbs rebuilt twice, starter is only 2 yrs old, trim motor 4 yrs old. Always ran fuel conditioner and fogged for winter.
The bad: cherry picker leg broke, dropped it from approx 25" above the ground, it cracked the housing (pic). It did not strike the engine or air intake as the housing is quite wide. The crack is repairable but it changed the price of this motor.
There is more than $500 in parts alone in this motor. Included is the harness, batt cables, no binnacle or control cables.
Pick up only. Located in Carmichael.
I have a genie lift to load onto a full size pick with help.
