You will report directly to the CEO and work alongside company leaders to direct a team of technical and administrative staff to deliver timely, cost-effective solutions. This client facing role serves as the company's technical lead in the design, implementation, management and evaluation of energy efficiency projects and programs.
Ideal Candidate will possess:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent leadership and people skills
Industry experience energy efficiency
Excellent at building client relationships
Ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in residential and commercial energy efficiency with an emphasis on practical design and implementation of programs and technologies.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical preferred); ten years of related work experience; demonstrated success leading teams of technical experts and administrative support; and experienced in successfully managing complex client relationships. Preferred PE.
