We are currently hiring a Property Manager position at our 80 unit apartment community located in Rocklin, CA. Schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm
Job Overview for Property Manager:
Responsible for the overall daily operations for all property management functions including resident relations, property budgets, reporting, property maintenance, property appearance and condition, collections, and general leasing activities.
Resident Relations: Collect rents and handle delinquent accounts, Move In and Move Out procedures, handle 3-day notices, complete eviction proceedings when necessary, customer service, handle resident relations, monitor/enforce all safety procedures, and attend various community functions.
Leasing Duties: Oversee the leasing staff; show units to prospective residents, process applications/leases, run credit reports. Do whatever is necessary to obtain 100% occupancy. Monitor lease expiration dates, complete lease renewals and rent increases.
Reports: Meet all deadlines with reporting: annual budget preparation, monthly variance reports, delinquency reports and expense control reports.
Emergency Contact Duties: Handle on-call emergencies including: maintenance emergencies, earthquake emergencies and noise/lease violations. Will be responsible for calling security/police if necessary and completing incident reports.
General Office Duties: code Purchase Orders/Invoices, process mail, prepare bank deposits, process maintenance work orders and maintain all files. Collect and process receivables.
Requirements for Property Manager:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Property Manager
Must have prior experience in successfully supervising a staff of 3-5 employees.
Knowledge and formal training of Fair Housing Rules and Regulations.
Computer knowledge: MS Office, Yardi and Yieldstar.
This position requires excellent organizational and managerial skills.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
