It's up to you being creative and do something fun for Halloween. At the least case, get a pizza and hand out slices and you'll be popular at the party. Or use the game bits and be a Dominos Pieces Deliver person.
The jacket is actually a seriously good jacket, being waterproof, multi-layer, breathable and wind proof. It's meant to get you through a cold late night shift. All the clothing (and the game, for that matter) is used and in decent condition.
