Have you ever wanted to learn to Meditate? A Meditation class will start on Tuesday, September 2, at the Gil Albiani Recreation Center: 8830 Sharkey Ave. Elk Grove, 95624. The Class is called Energetic Meditation and runs from 4:00PM to 5:00 PM every Tuesday till September 30.

Energetic Meditation works with your bio-energy, is easy to learn and uses images and sensations to assist with focus. If you never Meditated before and want to try now is your chance. If you are experienced at Meditation you must try this unique style.

The key to Meditation is learning to relax, so there will be an emphasis on a relaxation technique. The setting is very casual, sitting in a chair is suggested but bring your own pillow or mat if you chose to do so. The class includes sounds, music and guided meditation.

The fee for the class is $18.00 and you must register with the Cosumnes Service District.
