This is a vintage brass and metal clipboard from BASF company...it is in German language so was issued in Germany. It has SOTRAPO S.A. Transports Internationaux impressed at the top of the brass. There is a tablet showing fertilizers and more (in German language) which slides into the top of the clipboard and is held in place with thumb screws. The clipboard measures 4" wide, 6 1/2" tall and is 1" thick at the top. This is old and very well made. $15. It is in Penryn. Call show contact info
