Vintage US Military Trouser Blouser (Boot Bands). Blousing the pants helped keep dirt and debris from going into your boots while maintaining a professional appearance. Featuring a hook-on style, these elastic garters made it easy to tighten the bottom of your pant leg around your boots.
These were my father's who served in Korea in the mid 1950s.
