This is an Animated Animation Cel titled “Steamboat Willie: Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and Friends” inspired by the cartoon short Steamboat Willie released in 1928

This cel was released in 1998. It still has all the paperwork on the back. It also comes with some other additional paperwork (not shown).

It measures approximately 21” across x 17” tall x 3” deep

It is in very good working condition.
