I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented tech helper to assist with setting up and testing digital systems. I design the systems—you execute them. This is a hands-on role focused on connecting apps, running integrations, and making sure everything works properly.
This is NOT a planning or creative role. I need someone who can follow instructions, move fast, and handle the technical setup and testing.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting up accounts and tools
- Connecting apps using APIs and webhooks
- Running and testing workflows (trigger → action → result)
- Using platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Troubleshooting broken automations
- Reporting what works and what doesn’t
- Making adjustments based on instructions
Requirements:
- Basic experience with APIs (you understand requests/responses)
- Familiar with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
- Comfortable using tools like Postman for testing
- Able to follow systems and instructions closely
- Strong attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Light coding (JavaScript or Python)
- Experience with SaaS tools and integrations
Schedule:
- On-call / part-time (varies week to week)
- Could be 1–2 days a week depending on workload
