RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Accumulating pricing options from multiple companies.
Negotiating agreements and creating contracts.
Consolidate construction schedules.
Meet tight deadlines.
Maintain and update customer profiles.
Communicate effectively with phone and email.
Answer phones and emails professionally with proper grammar.
Previous business, entry, or computer experience is a plus.
Ability to use MS Office and Outlook Software.
Able to work effectively all day from an office desk.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and problem solve successfully.
