We are a family owned HVAC company in Elk Grove CA looking for a "Customer Service Representative". This is a fast-paced environment with occasional slow periods. We are in the process of growing our company and are looking for someone to grow with us. HVAC knowledge is not a requirement but a plus. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service/dispatching role. Our mission is to provide first-class customer service. As one of the first point of contacts with customers, the ideal candidate should possess the same values and have a natural ability to develop and maintain customer relationships as well as be proactive in addressing customer requests.
• Answer phone calls
• Collect customer information & book appointments with high level of accuracy
• Ensure customer database is up-to-date
• Act as liaison between service team and customers with clear communication
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Outbound follow up calls to existing customers
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service/dispatching
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
• Computer proficiency
• Must be extremely organized.
• Must love talking on the and have a friendly, positive attitude.
• Must be good with computers and using different apps
• Prior knowledge of HVAC is preferred
• Elk Grove CA residents is preferred.
