We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Agent to join our new captive insurance agency office.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get in early and grow alongside a long-term agency with strong growth potential and agency-provided lead support.
POSITION DETAILS
• Licensed Insurance Agent
• Property & Casualty License Required
• Life & Health License Preferred
• Base Pay + Commission
• Compensation is negotiable depending on experience, production history, and overall value brought to the table
• Full-time preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Quote and sell auto, home, life, commercial, and other insurance products
• Generate and close new business opportunities
• Maintain and build strong client relationships
• Cross-sell additional coverage options
• Provide excellent customer service and policy support

REQUIREMENTS
• Active California Property & Casualty License required
• Life & Health License is a plus
