Our Company is a small but quickly growing company specializing in the coordination of mobile notaries for loan signings across the country.
The operations and customer service position helps to support the signing services day to day operations. Duties include processing orders, tracking orders, communicating with clients, screening notaries and troubleshooting when necessary. This position is going to be ideal for an individual that is able to work the hours of 8am-6pm PST. Although this gives the flexibility of working from home, this position does require you to be at your computer working for the duration of your shift.
A high level of attention to detail and the ability to "think outside of the box"
Ability to effectively communicate with staff, notaries and clients
Remote and independent work space including a computer, reliable internet connection, and cell telephone with nationwide service plan
Ability to work independently, stay on task, and report back throughout the day
Excellent interpersonal skills to build productive working relationships with clients and notaries
Must be diplomatic, flexible, and practice proper telephone and email etiquette
Excellent Computer literacy/technical skills
Excellent organizational skills to create and maintain filing and tracking systems for documentation and processes
Must be able to expeditiously handle multiple and competing responsibilities and prioritize appropriately
Ingenuity and problem solving skills
Ability to respond to a variety of situations appropriately and to make recommendations and facilitate improvements
PREFERRED but NOT A MUST
Customer service experience
Current or past Notary Public Commission
